What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping for order over $129, so you can try our products risk-free.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with this purchase or for any reason, Wigstrends welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. 
Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on Sephora.com, purchases of Sephora items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Facebook), purchases made in Sephora stores and Instacart, Doordash or Shipt orders. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Sephora monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Sephora in all instances. Beauty Insider points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Sephora’s discretion. If a return is not approved by Sephora for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

1. About Products

Is Wigstrends's wig made from human hair? How can I tell if a wig is made from human hair?
  • Take a small strand of hair from the wig and burn it with a lighter. Human hair smells like burnt protein. When you rub burnt hair with your fingers, it will turn into ashes;
  • Take a single hair strand and run your fingers from the root to the tip, it feels smooth and silky. Then, when you reverse the direction and run your fingers from the tip to the root, you'll notice that it feels dry and less smooth.
What is the circumference of your wigs? Can I request a customized cap size?
Our products are designed with a standard medium size, measuring 22.5 inches in circumference. We are sorry that customized cap size service is currently not available. 
Does the wig look the same as the pictures on the website? Do I need to style it myself to achieve the look from the photos?
The pictures on our website are actual photos of the products. However, it's important to note that the wig's style might be slightly affected during shipping over long distances. You can easily fix this by giving it a simple touch-up upon receiving the product.
Can I dye the wig if I don't like its color?
The color of natural black hair can be changed. However, we don't recommend dyeing a pre-colored wig again as a second-time dyeing process can damage the hair. If you do need to dye a pre-colored wig, we suggest consulting a professional hairstylist.
How often should I wash my wig?
Wash at least once a week or a few times wearing with warm water. Wash more often in Summer. Keep your wig clean can help your wig last longer.
How do I store my wig?
The best way to store your wig is on a Wire Wig Stand or Wig Perch Wig Stand. This will keep your wig fresher and maintain its style between wearings. Keep your wig in a clean place, away from dust, sources of high heat and excessive humidity. Never enclose in a box or plastic bag (except while traveling).
How to measure the wigs?
For the lace wigs, please put the wig on a wig stand and measure it from the first track (The track closest to lace) to the longest hair at the bottom.
Notice: The hair length of wavy/curly hair wigs needs to be totally stretched to straight to measure the length.

Do I need to pay the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping for orders over $129 in most countries.
How long does it take to receive my package after placing an order
Most of our products are shipped within 24 hrs after placing an order. For pre-sale products, the shipping time is based on the time displayed on the product details page. Please contact our customer service for more details.
Which shipping carrier do you use? Can I choose a specific carrier for shipping?
We currently partner with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. If you want to specify a shipping carrier, please leave us a note at the checkout page.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
We are sorry that we can not ship to PO. Box , APO and FPO address. Please provide us with a physical address when placing an order so we can ship your order promptly.
I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?
